First and foremost…

Well…
I do not know “who Am I” - but I know what lights me up. And more than anything - sinking deep into an exploration of Truth (all traditions) feels fabulous and loving and energizing and, well, fun :)
And as much as I love the early morning contemplations and the walks by the river with the birds, I adore spending time in community… with you :)
There is a story behind the name that includes panic disorder and children and illness and engineering and bankruptcy and dropping to my knees in surrender followed by decades of exploration and study and deep deep looking and experimentation and more study and teaching and heart opening connections and more love and laughter and stillness then I ever imagined possible.
In addition to An Open Door…
You can find me pretty much every day at the Global Dyad Meditation Project. I have been part of the community since the Fall of 2020, and have, along with my friend Yvonne, been holding the space for this worldwide community of over 1000 since 2023.
This community is run entirely by volunteer and the best way to learn more is to visit our site….
And then there is Awakening Together….
Another Virtual Home filled to over-flowing with heart centered loving intentional beings, Awakening Together is a place I visit almost daily to learn and teach and facilitate.
It is my joy and blessing to serve as an Awakening Together Minister, to serve on The Board of Trustees, to teach in the sanctuary, lead an occasional Sunday Gathering, and help in the facilitation of our Ministerial preparation program.
